Customer Service Representative - Full-time

World Acceptance Corporation is a consumer lending company that offers loans, credit insurance products, ancillary products, and income tax preparation.

World is looking for an energetic and friendly Branch Service Representative (BSR) . You will need to have exceptional customer service and organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, learn a proprietary computer system, and have an outgoing personality. Some of the BSR duties include:

• Assisting customers on the phone and in the office
• Processing and preparing loan documents
• Accepting and posting payments
• Assisting with meeting branch operating standards
• Contacting customers regarding their loan status

Requirement s:

• You must be able to maintain a valid driver’s license and liability insurance
• Basic computer skills
• You will be required to pass a criminal and credit background check prior to being employed
• Office hours are typically Mon/Fri 9am-7pm; Tue-Thur 9am-6pm
• Saturday work is required during the months of November – February, and throughout the year as needed.
