The TRG Agency is currently looking for highly motivated Outside Sales Team Members who are looking to assist Brands in their continued expansion throughout California.Having spent the last twenty years perfecting our expertise in the lifestyle industry we now look to segment our "Brands" throughout the surf, skate, actions sports, and fashion boutique channels. We are looking to grow our current "Brands" and establish strong growth patterns for many highly taught after and recognized fashion brands.This position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and higher corporate executives.
Compensation: Commission based position. We offer multiple opportunities for additional bonus structures and incentives which far exceed the industry average.
Duties to perform but not limited to:

Meet or exceed sales goals & budget on a monthly basis.

Open new accounts in areas or segments that require expansion.

Work with managers on a daily basis to keep them up to date on specific TRG Territories.

Evaluate and suggest accounts for financial growth and market strength.

Visit accounts daily to solicit orders for TRG and our "Brands"/"Products".

Educate and inform accounts on the extensive Brands The TRG Agency represents including,but not limited to news, events, contests, etc.

Assist in retail marketing with key events within the territory including but not limited to Trade Shows, Pop Up Events, and other called upon brand development opportunities.

Clean and merchandise the various "Brands" represented in retailers from The TRG Agency.
