Assistant Manager
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members
- Achieve store level profitability and sales goals
- Deliver all Pizza Ranch Standards of operation (i.e. Product Standards, Service Standards).
- Execute the Pizza Ranch business model trough community leadership and local store marketing
- Actively participate in the Franchise community
Requirements:
- Passion for leading and developing people
- Proven record of management, communication, and organizational skills
- Restaurant Management experience preferred
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- High school graduate or equivalent education
- Possess business acumen
