Home Instead Senior Care is seeking a FT Recruiting and Engagement Coordinator. This position is responsible for recruiting and hiring caregivers to work in senior’s homes. The position will manage the onboarding of new hires to include interviewing, screening, processing new hire paperwork and conduct employee orientation. This position is also responsible for developing and implementing employee retention programs.
Qualifications include organization, ability to recruit and interview applicants, MS Office proficiency and excellent communication skills. HR experience beneficial but not required.
