We are seeking a qualified individual to perform day time janitorial duties. This is a Full time position where you will be maintaining community grounds & curb appeal . Monday to Friday 40 Hrs a week Must be reliable and dependable and have a history of good attendance. Please provide at least 3 business references demonstrating your past performance. Job duties may include: * Collect and empty trash. * Wash windows. * Clean, dust common areas* vacuuming hall floors. * Regularly communicate with and notify managers concerning the need for repairs to building or operating systems. * Maintain an adequate inventory of supplies and equipment and notify supervisor when supplies are low. Additional duties that are within a reasonable job scope may be assigned at any time. This job requires the ability to lift up to 40lbs, to bend, lift, and reach continuously throughout the work day.
