We are currently hiring Team Supervisors to join us in Union, New Jersey.
You’re a natural teacher and coach, and have a passion for helping others deliver a great Customer experience. Your team responds with your leadership and they want to work hard for you. You will be accountable to lead, coach and develop all Team Members to provide a great Customer experience, and carry out all Company strategies. Your responsibilities will include all aspects of Management, including: execution of Company Standards in training, customer service and operations. It is all these activities together that will drive the success and goals for your team, and lead you and your Team to success.

Requirements:
- Minimum HS Diploma/GED. College degree is strongly preferred.
