We are seeking an Admin/Office Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Part time leading to full time and some opportunity for remote work for the right individual.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Answer inbound telephone calls with a smile
- Develop and implement organized systems (filing and computer skills)
- Knowledge of MS office and ability to learn new applications easily
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Good presentation and communication skills required
