About this job

We are looking for:
4 professional and committed candidates who are extremely passionate about growing their business career in the retail customer service field. This is a competitive position, but requires the balance of working together as partners.

In our entry-level corporate representative position, you will fine tune your business presentation and leadership skills. Also, because we only promote from within and promotions are 100% merit based, we offer a fast track to business management.
Hours are full-time; overtime available.

Entry-level training will include:

- Growth evaluation of clients' internal revenue
- Overseeing compliance of personnel
- Managing corporate trips
- Company budgets
- Running board meetings
- Overseeing projects and project statistics
- Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities

Projects include:

Assisting with market research and suggest adjustments to marketing and customer service strategies to meet changing market and conditions; Leading a team in terms of implementing marketing and customer experience programs, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets across all brands; establish and maintains relationships with industry and key strategic partners.

Requirements

We have committed to expanding our office to 3 new locations that our clients are expanding to this year; therefore, we must start talent scouting right away for managers, assistant managers, and promotional representatives for those offices. Each opening is Entry Level which means NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! Each opening is highly competitive. We look for 4 critical attributes each candidate must possess:
