Sales Associate - Entry Level IMMEDIATE HIRE
Paid Training and IMMEDIATE HIRE
Diamond AdvanEdge is a sales and marketing firm in the El Paso area. We're looking for a FULL-TIME entry level sales associate. All of our training for the sales associate position is done in-house and is paid. Our sales associates will be responsible for new customer acquisitions and brand awareness. At Diamond AdvanEdge, we execute sales, customer service, and client retention to our Fortune 500 client's customers on a face to face and relationship-based approach. Our sales associates have the opportunity for advancement into management.
Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Acquiring and establishing new accounts
- Meeting and retaining existing clients
- Doing presentations customized to the needs of the individual
- Attending business meetings for product knowledge, training, development, and networking
We do not offer any door-to-door, telemarketing, or graphic design positions.
After progressing from the sales associate role we will be training qualified team members for a management position. Managers will be trained in business, development of the staff and company, human resources, administration and account management. Once in management one will be managing multiple individuals and overseeing multiple markets.

All eligible college and university graduates will be considered for our Sales Associate position, however, the following degrees and majors make up the majority or our top Sales Associates and those on the fast-track to management; Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, psychology, sociology, finance, economics, political science and management.
NO experience is necessary since we will be training for this full-time sales associate position.
