With new clients, retailers, and an expanding office, we are in need of Manager Trainees. These openings are essential to the success of our company, as they are the future leaders of Alphalete Marketing.

We offer a comprehensive training program, where qualified individuals will be trained in the following areas:

- Marketing
- Sales/ Promotions
- Business Development
- Team & Market Development
- Account Coordination

As a Manager Trainee, the right candidates will learn all of the ground level, day-to-day operations. They will then master the skills needed to effectively manage an office on a daily basis. These tasks include keeping track of profits and losses, training and development, account management and overseeing a portfolio of established clients. When training is complete, these new managers will run our branch offices.
