Entry Level Reset Merchandiser - Part-time

RMSI (Retail Merchandising Solutions, Inc.) a growing, national company with 10 divisions nationwide where we service over 3500 markets under the Albertsons/Safeway banner in 25+ states. RMSI has several openings for both entry level and skilled merchandisers in our Intermountain division. We offer competitive rates depending on experience with possibilities for advancement.

The Merchandiser supports RMSI client sites with proper product placement and display of merchandise, assisting with store resets, and maintain cleanliness of fixtures and displays. The Merchandiser is assigned a specific route within a region of cities to service. Must be able to work both independently and collaboratively with coworkers, customer's employees and vendors. This is a great opportunity to work as part of a team in a national grocery chain with limited travel and consistent hours.

• The normal working hours for this position are Monday - Friday; 6:00 am start time.

IMPORTANT: This route will service cities surrounding the Glendive region.

General Responsibilities:

• Reset specified stocking sections to Retailer provided schematics

• Remove discontinued, old, and slow moving items from shelves

• Clean display cases, shelves, aisles

• Measure shelves for correct height and width, move shelves as necessary

• Re-tag shelves

• Stock displays with new or transferred merchandise

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma preferred

• Previous experience an asset

Skills/Competencies:

• Proficient at prioritizing, planning, and organization

• Able to read and understand a schematic written in English

• Able to communicate with clients/customers

• Attentive to detail

• Able to work both independently and collaboratively with coworkers, store personnel and vendors

• Able to lift 30 lbs. periodically
