We have an immediate opening for a Shift Leader.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.

The Shift Leader has the overall responsibility for:
- Ensuring that all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned position(s)
- Ensuring that employees are clean and neat in appearance
- Personally demonstrating that Customer needs are the highest priority
- Ensuring food safety, quality and accuracy of orders
- Resolving Customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive Customer relations
- Must have a valid local food handlers card
Additional
Individual must have minimum of six months Popeyes experience. The individual must have effective oral and written communication skills, the ability to calculate and analyze data, display effective leadership skills, and be able to effectively communicate with all levels.
