Since ours is a weekly-visit, route-based service, our most successful Sales Representatives/Account Managers have a background working with route-based businesses. You will have a great deal of autonomy in managing your assigned territory and growing your book of business through B2B cold calls, networking and face-to-face client meetings. You will also have the support of our Owner, our training staff and our CRM system to ensure your continued success. Compensation includes a very competitive base salary enhanced by uncapped commission and residual income designed to allow you to build toward a six-figure income. Job Requirements

As a Sales Representative/Account Manager, you must be a hard-working, persuasive and goal-driven hunter type, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the drive to build something for yourself. It is also important that you have exceptional communication, interpersonal and presentation skills as well as the ability to develop strong, lasting business relationships.  Door to door business cold calling is the key to a strong growing income.

 

Specific qualifications for the position include:

• Minimum 1 years face-to-face, business-to-business outside sales experience

• Experience in managing and growing a book of business accounts

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

• Solid cold-calling skills ( 20 per day)

• Strong negotiation and closing skills

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Background in a route-based business (food, linen, uniform, garbage, copiers, paper,  etc.) strongly preferred

• Bilingual abilities, a plus
