Operator Helper

Job assignment:

1.Must be able to constantly monitor all surroundings and be aware of possible dangerous situations.

2. Must be able to trouble shoot process equipment problems to make correct decisions in a timely manner.

3. Must be able to recognize out-of control situations.

4. Must be able to manipulate rolls of pulp to feed hammermill.

5. Operate the following general equipment/systems: a. Hammermill b. Battery Charger c. Bulk Trailer and Super-Sack Filling equipment d. Lift Trucks

6. Must be able to take proper corrective actions to recover process stability.

7. Must be able to rotate through different assignments.

8. Must be able to use Outlook to send, receive, and read messages.

9. Must be able to work 12-hour rotating shifts.

10. Must be an active participant in team meetings and occasionally on special project teams.

11. Operate a lift truck to unload railcars and trailers, load ramps, shipping containers and store materials.

12. Perform bulk trailer filling, sea bulk container filling and super-sack container filling tasks.

13. Must be able to meet requirements of working in an area with Class 1, Division 1 electrical classification.

14. Advanced aptitude in Math, Science and/or Chemistry preferred

15. Associates Degree or higher is highly preferred
