Aerotek Construction is looking for a Construction Superintendent for a client located in Alexandria, VA who has ongoing projects in the MD/DC/VA area. The Superintendent will be responsible for managing projects in the field and managing subcontractors, field labor, vendors, etc. The company specializes in office interiors and the Superintendent will be managing projects including demolition, renovation, and build-outs (renovation and new construction). The owners of the company are very well known in the industry and have a lot of current ongoing work and a lot more coming up so they need to add another Superintendent to the team to help manage the work.
The company is offering great benefits and a lot of other incentives included into their package including bonuses at year end and bonuses based on education incentives.
Candidates MUST have:
- 5-15 years of construction experience in a Superintendent role
- Commercial interiors experience with projects ranging from $500,000 - 1 Million
- Good communication skills
