RETAIL INVENTORY MANAGER

WIS International offersentry-level and experienced management opportunities for professionals driven to establish their career with a growing international company. We offer unlimited growth potential! Our goal is to hire leaders that can learn the inventory business in 3 to 6 months and be promoted to take on the full responsibility of running their own office with total P & L responsibility and bonus opportunities!

Do you have what it takes?
  • Have the flexibility to work a varied schedule.
  • Work with a high level of autonomy at our customers’ locations with your team of Inventory Counters.
  • Recruit, hire, train and manage a team of Inventory Counters.
  • Provide world class customer service to both new and existing retail customers.
  • Establish and maintain effective business relationships with retail customers.


· Experience working in the retail, restaurant, military, retail inventory, merchandising, warehouse and other similar industries are a plus!

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent supervisory experience.
  • A desire to learn the inventory business and the drive to reach for promotional opportunities.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, self management and goal setting skills.
  • Ability to build and lead a highly successful and dedicated team.
  • A high level of computer literacy.
  • Current and uninterrupted licensed driving experience for the previous 5 years without accidents or driving infractions in the last 24 months.
