As a Restaurant Manager you are committed to overseeing overall store condition, store cleanliness, food service, customer service, and merchandising. You have a knack for motivating and coaching others. You always aim high and it shows in the way you supervise your team members.

As a Restaurant Manager you will:

• Report to the Assistant General Manager
• Increase sales in the company and in expanding markets
• Analyze and calculate food service consumption
• Hire and train top performing sales team members
• Prepare your team’s work schedules

To do this job well, you’ll need:

• A minimum of two years experience as a Restaurant Manager with retail, fast food and/or sales experience
• Ability to utilize profit and loss reports and other store reports to affect change
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Management skills and an approachable persona to keep your team members humming
• High School diploma or GED
• A work ethic that thrives with minimal supervision
• Availability to work irregular hours, attend job-related meetings, and perform other assigned duties
• Experience with fresh, homemade, and preparation of foods is a plus
• Experience with Mexican restaurant foods and preparation is a plus
• Experience with managing a staff of 20+ associates is a plus
