Job Summary: This company is looking for a research coordinator (or someone with similar experience; LPN, RN) to assist a research site with community outreach and processing. The Enrollment Assistant will spend their time visiting other referral clinics, community centers, churches, etc. to find patients for a Uterine Fibroid study. As needed, the Enrollment Assistant may also help screen media patients and patient charts to determine whether they are eligible for this study. This project schedule is flexible, but to begin it is scoped to be up to 24 hours per week for 7+ weeks, or total 192 hours. The Enrollment Assistant will be remotely trained and managed with a high level of autonomy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Finding and contacting appropriate outreach venues
- Placing study fliers and brochures around the community
- Review patient medical records to determine eligibility to participate
- Processing media referral patients and follow up
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Preferred Job Qualifications/Knowledge Requirements:
- Previous community outreach experience
- Previous clinical research experience
- Previous experience in female health
Additional Details:
- Will be trained remotely utilizing web and phone conferencing (must have email and computer access for training).
- Enrollment Assistant will be managed by ThreeWire but will work as a consultant to the research site with a high level of autonomy. Must be able to jump in and help in a busy environment.
- Will be provided all materials for on-site work responsibilities
