Capital Markets Operations Specialist

Position Summary: Position is responsible for performing multiple Capital Market functions.

Essential Functions:
* Manage Loan Pricing Request submitted by banking on a daily basis
* Make appropriate pricing changes and notes in AMP/LOLA with a high level of accuracy
* Communicating with Bankers on pricing questions, approvals and non-approvals in a professional manner
* Maintain Loan Pricing Calculator, Pricing Request Email Template, and Reporting
* Assist with preparing management level reports for daily, weekly and monthly request (Pulling Data, Updating Pivot Tables & Trend Analysis)
* Review and challenge existing procedures to build more streamlined processes, improved analytics and enhanced reporting
* Daily reconciliation of loans registered and transferred within MERs website

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Prefer 2 years mortgage industry experience
* Excellent Written and oral communication skills
* Strong computer skills; specifically Intermediate Excel
* Understanding of Accounting and Financial principles
* Ability to solve and communicate daily issues
* Strong ability to multi-task
* Strong attention to detail
* Must be able to work within deadlines with a strong sense of urgency
