Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:
-We are looking for individuals who are customer focused and who want to excel in a fast paced work environment. Our goal is to provide the best solutions possible to our clients to ensure we help them grow their business and manage their risk in the most effective way possible.

Job Duties:
-Provide excellent customer service and professionalism while speaking with agents
-Take information from agents and process the information accurately into computer system
-Process information from borrowers and lenders
-Take calls from borrowers and lenders to provide them with effective solutions
-Compose written data retrieved from customers
-Follow compliance and regulations of lenders while reviewing insurance policies
-Conduct data entry and verify insurance information
-Complete other administrative job duties as assigned

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

6 week paid training starts at $11.00/hr.
