One of Aerotek's large health care clients is looking for call center representatives in the Denver Tech Center.
Daily Duties:
taking 40-50 calls a day. some calls can last up to 20mins, then scan/fax information after the call. No billing questions but could still potentially have disgruntled people calling in. This company supports Dialysis patients and helps schedule appointments for them.
Requirements:
- 1 year call center or customer service experience
