The Nitty Gritty:

• Must have mastery skills in managing people and business
• Education bio must read high school diploma or equivalent
• Have a valid driver’s license with insurance and have access to adequate transportation
• Meet the background check requirement criteria
• Minimum commitment of 45 hours per week with shifts varying in times and lengths

Our restaurant managers are accountable for all aspects of food quality, cleanliness, labor, costs, production, maintenance and service of the restaurant and outside events as applicable.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of recent supervisory and/or management experience in a restaurant environment required
• Strong communication, organizational and computer skills required
• Growth-driven & career-oriented outlook
• Hands-on management style is essential
• Must enjoy building relationships and developing people
• Passion for great food & service
