This is an entry-level position responsible for ensuring the safe and reliable electrical operations of all lifts here at Keystone.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Complete all preventive maintenance procedures assigned
  • Document repairs, labor, and materials accurately on work orders
  • Responsible for all tools and vehicles assigned
  • Climbing and working at heights of 100 feet
  • Responsible for following all company safety policies and procedures, specifically including working with 480 V ac and 24 V dc.
  • Assist in the on-going training and support of seasonal lift operations
  • Must be able to work safely outdoors in a high alpine mountain environment (12,000 feet), sometimes with temperatures down to -20ËšF for extended period of time
  • Able to assist in troubleshooting and repair of lift related electronic controls, including relay logic, PLCs, solid state devices, and motor drives

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Associates in Electronics or a high school diploma/GED with at least one year of experience with installing/troubleshooting dc controls
  • Proficient with digital multimeters, amp clamps, and oscilloscopes
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Have a good mechanical aptitude
  • A good understanding of electrical schematics (American and European)
  • A valid driver's license is preferred
  • Be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Applicant must be able to demonstrate a passion for electronics
