Responsibilities
-Opening and closing the store
-Operating the POS system - processing orders, returns, gift cards, etc.
-Packaging/wrapping purchases
-Exhibiting superb customer service, both in the store and over the phone
-Restocking merchandise
-Maintaining cleanliness of the store
-Learning and retaining extensive knowledge of our brands and merchandise
-Understanding sales and upselling
-Adapting to new and changing information
-Fostering and maintaining professional relationships with clientele
-Visual Merchandise knowledge is a plus, but not required
