FAST TRACK FROM ENTRY LEVEL TO MANAGEMENT
We are expanding rapidly and looking for a highly-motivated candidate who has great communication skills, leadership qualities and who is confident they can be groomed from an entry-level account rep to management in less than a year. The Management Training Program will include structured on-the-job training, as well as ongoing education throughout your career. Training will also encompass all aspects of retail sales team management, including associated products pertaining to our Fortune 500 clients, customer service, professional sales and marketing, credit and accounts receivable management, human resources management, profit and loss and merchandising management.

Responsibilities:
Develop buyers by maintaining rapport with new customers
Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer’s requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various products and services
Explains products and services relating to our clients’ needs
Closes sales by overcoming objections, asking for sales; completing sales; explaining provisions; explaining and offering services
Provides sales management information by completing documentation
Follow the coaching and sales lead of the sales manager to maximize retail sales volume
Retain, implement, and ultimately train in the selling behaviors related to driving retail sales
Serve as a role model to the sales teams by providing constructive feedback and demonstrating servant leadership

Requirements
High school diploma/GED-students welcomed for PAID internships-those with a college degree strongly preferred
