POSITION PURPOSE: In a production environment the candidate is tasked with using their hands as well as a VLP guns to spray adhesive for the purpose of attaching fabric, vinyl and/or foam to either plastic or wood
RESPONSIBILITIES: Needs to be alert to quality issues as they complete their tasks, keep an eye open for faulty components and have an eye for detail. They are additionally responsible for their own and others' safety in the workplace. The upholstery candidate might garner cross-training in other parts of the manufacturing process so they can assist their teammates as needed.
MEASUREMENTS OF PERFORMANCE: This position works on a production line and will need to work at a quick pace without sacrificing quality.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED: They should be able to lift 40 pounds repetitively and speak English.
