We are looking for non-medical, reliable, dedicated, enthusiastic, professional support staff/caregivers. This position requires staff working in a variety of settings (ex: client’s home and the community). We are looking for a person to assist clients with daily activities (ex: personal care, housekeeping, shopping, meal prep & planning, appointments, errands) and community connections to meet their personal goals. Staff must be a self-motivator. Responsible for documenting services provided, reporting changes or concerns to supervisor, ensuring clients safety, encourage & promote independence.
