Full Time Maintenance Technician
Major Functions:
Manage the physical operations of the hotel to ensure the total comfort and satisfaction of hotel guests.
Qualifications:
- General Knowledge working with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to work independently
- Must be self motivated and task oriented
- Must be energetic and be able to work with a high energy staff at a fast pace
Primary responsibilities:
- Resolves guest complaints to the satisfaction of the guest; responds promptly to any guest request for service.
- Works as a member of the overall hotel team to ensure that each guest has an experience that exceeds their expectations
- Check and perform repairs to refrigeration, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, plumbing, water treatment, and electrical systems.
- Communicate with hotel departments to become aware of maintenance needs and ensures timely response to request
- Execution of the hotel's preventive maintenance program.
- Must be professional and have a pleasant attitude
- Must be available to work daytime, evening, and weekend shifts, as well as holidays, if necessary.
- Must be at least 18 years old
