Inside Sales - Career School Advisor

Job Description

As a Career School Advisor, you will work in an inside sales capacity and speak with individuals who are seeking more information about furthering their education. You will work with the prospective students to determine the schools and degree programs (both campus and online) that best fit their needs. 

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective students – outbound and inbound calling – about furthering their education (all leads provided, no prospecting)
• Assist prospective students to find the right schools and degree programs based on their career goals
• Meet quality assurance requirements and other key performance metrics
• Offer the information prospective students need during their search process

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Exemplary active listening skills – ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
• Strong work ethic and self-motivated
• Positive attitude
• Proficient computer skills
• High school diploma or GED is required
