Hotel Account Coord. (Reservations) - Full-time / Part-time

Full time opportunity in Phoenix! Our offices are located just off the I-17 at the Dunlap exit near the Metro Center.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Experience in reservations/bookings a plus
• Two Years college experience or equivalent business related experience
• Excellent negotiation skills required.
• Sales and/or hospitality experience preferred.
• Siebel and GDS experience preferred.

We are looking for a dynamic, positive, high-energy individual who will be responsible for creating and sustaining a positive customer care experience while utilizing sales skills to complete the reservation process for hotel accommodations of our clients and associates.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Operate as a Corporate Travel Agent assisting internal and external customers with short term travel arrangements for business and pleasure
• Manage high volume of hotel requests coming through internal systems, email and phone
• Perform accurate data entry of reservation
• Deliver superior customer service to both Oakwood's internal and external customers
• Utilize sales and negotiation skills and apply them based on predetermined booking
• Prepare documentation and maintain accurate records for monthly reports or as needed
• Type, talk and engage the customer simultaneously while creating excitement for Oakwood's services and benefits. Ability to handle multiple computer programs while speaking with clients.
