About this job
Manufacturer of HVAC products seeking Machine operators for all 3 shift:
- 1st - 7 am - 3:30 pm
- 2nd - 3 pm - 11:30 pm
- 3rd - 11 pm - 7:30 pm
- Previous machine operation a plus in a manufacturing environment.
- Must be able to stand for 7.83 hrs,per day and heavy lifting required 25 to 30 LBS.,
- Offer Incentive pay: Core and Jacket operators your Incentive Pay is every 3 weeks because it's concerned Work In Process unit. Pay out ranges from $0 to $500. Employees are paid once a week at base rate and Incentive Pay every three weeks.
- Offer Incentive Pay: Duct Assembly operators receive there Incentive Pay every week but the operator recieve the highest be it on the clock or Incentive earned. Example: Monday earned $130.00 Incentive Pay and Tuesday no Incentive Pay earned so they are on the clock pay rate at base $8 x 8hrs.= $64.00.
- Pay scale:
- 1st shift starting pay $8.00
- 2nd shift staring pay $8.50
- 3rd shift starting pay $8.75
- After 90 days pay increase is .50 cent
- 9 mos. pay increase is .25 cent
- Merit increase
