Summary
The Senior Inside Sales Representative leads the sales efforts to sustain business performance by adding and retaining new customers to achieve set revenue goals. This position is responsible for generating new business through the handling of inbound and outbound sales contacts from/to customers that have shown interest in our products as well as nurture and grow our existing customer base. The Inside Sales Representative will introduce our services and be able to educate prospects; they are the first impression and introduction to our customer's experience.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
1. Identify, qualify, obtain, and develop relationships with prospective clients through the Internet or other lead generating opportunities.
2. Create, develop and retain business relationships with our Customers.
3. Through a combination of inbound and outbound contact strategies, convert high-volume leads that originate from website, marketing campaigns, calling list and email requests.
4. Qualify each opportunity to ensure it's in the right Company channel.
5. Effectively qualify, conduct extensive needs analysis, and follow-up with prospects to ensure they purchase products and services that meet their needs.
6. Managing account relationships as the primary point-of-contact for day-to-day needs, including ongoing communications, coordination of Customer's needs, billing, collections and other activities.
7. Attain and exceed sales and margin goals monthly.
8. Accurately enter, update, and maintain prospect information in Pivotal CRM for processing sales, and keeping comprehensive and accurate client information.
9. Deliver exceptional customer service.
10. Participate actively in growth of the Company and achieving team goals.
11. Deliver technical expertise to Customers in recommending products.
12. Process incoming calls for pricing and availability.
13. Follow Company policies and sales procedures effectively.
14. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications Education and Experience 1.Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent degree) in Business, Engineering or related field required 2.2+ years of related experience in Sales, Marketing, or Engineering OR 7+ years in Customer Service role with Sales responsibility. Skills and Competencies 1.Self-motivated, proactive individual capable of working as a member of a team, leading teams and operating independently 2.Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 3.Excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, and written/oral communication skills. 4.Ability to work in a fast paced, growth-oriented and time-critical environment. Computers and Technology 1.Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) 2.Experience in CRM system. Certifications 1.PHR certification preferred
