Bartender - Full-time / Part-time

Our Bartenders radiate warmth and personality, entertaining guests at the bar while paying attention to their every need. The Bartender is responsible for suggesting, preparing, and delivering alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests seated at the bar, as well as to wait staff for serving beverages to guests in other areas of Agricola. In addition to welcoming guests in thirty seconds, the Bartender must possess a high level of energy for this fast-paced position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrating a friendly and outgoing personality, as well as sharp communication skills
• Must be able to pass the Serve Safe Alcohol test, and monitor guest consumption of alcohol for their safety
• Producing consistent beverages according to Agricola’s recipes and standards
• Keeping the bar area clean, orderly, and neatly stocked while accurately handling guest payment transactions
