Our Prep team performs with precision, efficiency, and with great respect for the fresh ingredients we use in our food. While carefully preparing ingredients for use in the kitchen, the prep position is concerned with proper handling of ingredients and maintaining food safety. This position requires a high level of energy, organizational skills, multi-tasking, and ability to meet daily business needs by preparing produce and proteins along with basic cooking.
- Taking direction in preparing food items to specification according to order, including trimming, portioning, wrapping, and storing in designated containers and storage areas
- Washing, peeling, cutting, breading, weighing, mixing, preparing special dressings, and measuring ingredients
- Demonstrating superb organizational skills while keeping a clean, sanitized, and safe work area
