Medline is seeking a dynamic, hard-working professional as a Product Support Specialist in the Distributed Products division. This individual must have a solid education or background and a desire to work for a fast-paced, large corporate organization. In addition to exceptional leadership and analytical skills, you must have a “roll-up your sleeves” attitude.

Medline is seeking a dynamic, hard-working professional as a Product Support Specialist in the Distributed Products division. This individual must have a solid education or background and a desire to work for a fast-paced, large corporate organization. In addition to exceptional leadership and analytical skills, you must have a “roll-up your sleeves” attitude.
The challenging responsibilities of the position include:
- Answer incoming calls from within the organization on assigned product divisions.
- Quote and set-up new items as needed
- Email and fax product pictures, LIT, and information to requestors as needed.
- Complete assigned cross reference lines for distributed products.
- Contact manufacturers for product information as needed on distribution items.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to compose routine correspondence.
- Ability to speak and communicate effectively.
- Proficient computer skills and experience (Word, Excel).
- Must possess excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Must have ability to work independently, be detail oriented, and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
- 2+ years customer service preferably in a call center environment
- SAP knowledge is a plus
