As Manager of Quality Analytics, this role provides the direction and oversight of data and reporting to support our Quality Improvement efforts across our Network, serving 30,000 people nationwide. You will provide insight and support to quality improvement strategies across The Network by conducting data analyses and developing user-centric and responsive reports. Ensuring the data and the data management systems are sound, secure, and reliable in their ability to provide information to leadership for enhanced analyses and informed decision-making.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Oversee Network quality reporting, analysis and benchmarking.
  • Ensure accuracy of data and subsequent reports, collaborating with operations to resolve any and all data integrity issues.
  • Design and implement data management and quality control procedures, including writing technical requirements and documentation of data sets.
  • Design and facilitate trainings for field employees on quality metrics and the appropriate use of data to improve performance.
  • Liaise with field Quality Improvement and Operations for the collection, review, and analyses of data all in support of process improvement efforts.
  • Collect and analyze quality improvement data and report to QI leadership the status of quality improvement activities across the Network.
  • Utilize quality information and metrics to identify areas for quality improvement activities and to measure the outcomes of interventions.
  • Supervise the Quality Systems Specialist, providing direction and guidance when necessary.
  • Some travel may be required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree strongly preferred

  • Minimum of five years’ experience required in a data analysis/data management role, ideally within healthcare or human services

  • Some management/supervisory experience strongly preferred

  • Demonstrated experience/expertise with a wide range of computer programs and statistical and database applications, especially Excel, SAS, SPSS.

  • Strong experience with research methods and resources; basic record-keeping and exceptional organizational skills required.

  • A disciplined and creative approach, understanding how data, analytics, and analysis can support Quality Improvement and help drive results.

  • Demonstrated ability to write reports, and/ or other technical documents required.
