POSITION OVERVIEW
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for working with a broad range of customers via phone, email and chat software. The ideal candidate believes deeply in the value of providing exceptional customer service.

We're looking for a high-energy, empathetic individual who loves helping customers select fun favors for their events and resolve customer concerns about their orders. You'll need strong verbal and written communication skills, and should be comfortable working with computers and technology. Problem-solvers will enjoy this position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer incoming customer calls, requests and concerns in a friendly and professional manner. Be warm, kind and caring -- and build strong relationships with our customers. Become a Beau-coup / Swoozie's product guru! Investigate and respond to customer inquiries and issues.

Help find creative solutions to satisfy customers when issues arise. Conduct outbound calling and email communication with customers. Assist in identifying and reporting website and other system issues, to help improve customer satisfaction. Document all actions and responses via our customer databases.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide back-up phone, chat and email support as needed. Balance the variable workload and responsibilities of a busy office. Desire and ability to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES
1-2 years' experience in a professional environment desired. Proficient with internet and computer software. Attentive to detail and organized. Ability to multi-task and think on your feet. Values compatible with a fun-loving company culture, and a team player. Ability to embrace the sense of urgency, innovation and resourcefulness required in a fast-paced small company. Kind and caring towards colleagues, views co-workers as "family."

Beau-coup Favors is a leading online retailer of favors, gifts, decorations and supplies for parties and occasions. Swoozie's is a specialty retailer in the gift and social paper industry. Our two (2) companies have recently merged and are growing!

SALARY & BENEFITS
Starting at $15.00/hour, based on experience. Position eligible for medical, dental, vision, life, LTD and 401(k) benefits! Start time: hiring for 7:00 am -- 4:00 pm and 8:00 am -- 5:00 pm shifts. Kitchen is stocked with great snacks and drinks! Great work environment -- computers with double screens + wireless headsets.
