Automation Personnel Services is looking for 2nd and 3rd shift Line Support Associates and packers in Decatur!
Packers:
Must be very detailed oriented with a keen eye for color and inspection/quality
This position requires precision and accuracy
This position requires learning the manufacturing process from beginning to end. This position requires inspecting colored cans
Position requires standing, pushing, pulling and lifting no more than 50 lbs.
Line support associates
Pressurizing the cans
Testing the cans
Wrapping and binding cans
This job is more physical
This job requires communicating with the machine operators and all those around
Be willing to learn the manufacturing process
Position requires standing, pushing, pulling and lifting no more than 50 lbs.
Candidates must possess the following qualifications to be considered:
Must have manufacturing or light industrial experience, no exceptions
Steady work history
Must be able to work 2nd or 3rd shifts (3-11 or 11-7)
Must be able to train on 1st shift for one week (7-3)
Must present a resume or work history and take a 15 question mathematical test and score at least 70% to qualify, no exceptions.
Pay rate starts at $10 per hour and candidates will work 4-10 hour shifts right now and then in July go to 5-8 hour shifts
Drug screen and background check are required.
