In addition to phone duties, the Senior Customer Care Representative assists the department Supervisor in daily work allocation and acts as a resource for team members, and handles escalated calls.At least six months of experience as a Customer Service Representative 1, 2 or as business dictates
Above Average monthly performance reviews during the six months previous to application for senior position
Free of performance warnings or issues, written warnings for attendance, or any other outstanding issues of concern
