POSITION – Sheet Metal / Punch Press Operator


LOCATION: Santa Fe Springs, CA


RATE: Depends on Experience. Temp to Hire position


HOURS: Monday– Friday, within 6am - 3pm


Job Description:

PrideStaff is seeking a candidate to work for a well-established sheet metal production company in the city of Santa Fe Springs, CA. A position has recently opened up in this company which will allow for growth and the acquiring of new skills.


Job Requirements for Sheet Metal / Punch Press Operator:

Production experience

Able to take precise measurements with calipers and micrometers

Familiar with reading drawings, diagrams, and blueprints

Machine punch press operator experience, a plus

Two positive business references from supervisors

Be able to pass a drug and background check


Additional Job Requirements for Sheet Metal / Punch Press Operator:

Qualified candidates must have great work ethics, along with being punctual and reliable. They must be eager and willing to learn new skills and be trained if needed. Candidates must be able to stand for long periods of time, as this is a stand-up job. Safety consciousness is essential! Candidates must have recent production experience within the past year. This opening will be a full-time temp-to-hire position depending on work performance.
