Contract Recruiters, Work from Home, $15/hr

Our client, a National Grocery Chain in Carmel, IN needs two, experienced recruiters for a 6 month assignment. They are opening several new convenience stores throughout Indianapolis targeted to customers who enjoy excellent customer service and great food, and they need to hire team members for their new store. We are looking for energetic, upbeat, passionate individuals who enjoy working with others and are comfortable representing our client to the community.

DUTIES:

•  Work from home approximately 30 hours a week.
• Call on candidates for positions at the company.
• Conduct phone screens with candidates.
• Conduct personal interviews with candidates.
• Schedule interviews with appropriate hiring managers.
• Appropriately screen candidates per laws and regulations.
• Keep detailed notes in a database.
• Additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous recruiting experience is highly desired; including job posting, job fairs, passive and active candidate recruitment, screening, applicant tracking, interviewing and on boarding.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, and follow up until completion.
• Ability to acknowledge and respect confidential information.
• Ability to effectively and professionally present information to candidates.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic.
• Able to utilize discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Proven track record of handling multiple items with timely completions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs and able to learn a new database quickly.

This is a Long Term Temporary Contract Position and the salary is $15.00/hr. During your assignment you will have access to benefits that can include medical, dental, vision, life, 401k, holiday pay, and earned vacation time.
