PT Sales Coordinator
We are a growing Residential and Commercial Cleaning Company serving Anne Arundel County and the Eastern Shore. This is a part time position that based on growth will become a full-time position before the end of the year.
Job Summary
Immediate opening for a Part-time/Full-Time Sales Coordinator.
The Sales Coordinator position requires knowledge and understanding of CSR and Business Operations. Must have professional customer service, oral and written communication skills, able to support Operations Manager and President/CEO of company.
Sales/Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for all leads/sales functions, answering phones, mining database, upselling existing clients, handling client referral program, promotions, packages. Time Management, organization, troubleshooting. Support and supervise maintenance of client files and customer database.
Need to be dependable, flexible and able to handle various administrative and customer service duties.
Must possess strong computer skills.
Able to communicate clearly and able to follow instructions.
Bi-Lingual (Spanish) is a Plus!!
20-30 hrs. per week
Monday-Friday
Office located in Annapolis, MD
Dependable and Flexible
Computer skills is a must – knowledge of Microsoft Office (excel, word, ppt)
