Our entry level sales reps educate homeowners about the benefits of solar by canvassing and working booths at local events. We have employees that started in canvassing and are now top producing in-home sales representatives making upwards of $70,000 a year. $10-12 per hour to start. Standard raise each 30 days until 90 day mark plus 1% commission on sales.
