This position is Temp to hire with a salary of $34k! Our client is looking to fill this position IMMEDIATELY.
DUTY AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The BUYER I is responsible for purchasing and negotiating materials, equipment, and supplies from vendors.
Evaluates vendor quotes and services to determine most desirable suppliers.
Relies on judgement to plan and accomplish goals to perform a variety of tasks.
Works under general supervision.
A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
Bachelor s degree and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
