The Service Partner Support (SPS) Senior Analyst is responsible for managing the call center staffing of Service Partner sites. Must have a strong workforce management background with knowledge of complex forecast methodology and understanding staffing and scheduling impactors. Possessing a strong understanding of call center dynamics such as; occupancies, price points, and schedule flexibility dependent on geography is also a critical component of the role. Must also have a strong analytical background as this role is responsible for analysis to drive improvement and strategy for interval level and long range staff planning. In this role Sr. Analyst work to improve and create database processes and structure for all Service Partner staffing variables and must have strong background in SQL and Access. Sr. Analyst ensure all reporting needs are met to our partners and stake holders. In addition, Sr. Analyst are responsible for inspecting all data for accuracy as well as explanations for any major changes in staffing projections. Lastly, this role is responsible for working with others on the team to build and create improvements to current processes in place.
Minimum Required
  • 5+ Year minimum Resource Planning Experience
  • 3+ Year minimum demonstrated Analytical Experience
  • SQL and Access Database Experience
  • Advanced Tool Experience (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Executive Communication Skills
  • Leadership and Organization Skills

Desired
  • 8+ Year Resource Planning Experience
  • 3+ Year Leadership Experience
  • Project Management Skills/PMP Certification

Education
  • AA or BA/BS in Analytics, Business Intelligence
License or Certification
  • Excel
Requires competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership.
  • Maintain database and reporting; along with building process improvements
  • Provide analysis surrounding line of business performance, staffing, and forecast impactors
  • Partner with Resource Planning & Analytics and National Resource Planning leaders on forecast methodology changes, Service Partner impacts to forecast or staffing, and overall recommendations for staff planning strategy
  • Partner with Service Partner Management and Service Partners as well as Resource Planning & Analytics on any major staff changes and reporting build out needed for interval and long range plans as well as manage adhoc reporting requests
  • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed
