Home Instead Senior Care® is looking for an innovative and energetic individual to join us in our mission to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families. Our Recruitment Coordinator recruits and hires our caregiving workforce. Some responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Develop and implement new recruitment strategies online and within the community.
  • Schedule and conduct applicant interviews in an efficient and professional manner.  
  • Conduct reference checks, criminal background and motor vehicle check and drug screens on all CAREGivers.
  • Initiate all employment records (including but not limited to I-9 form, W-4 form and all other employment related documents).
  • Schedule CAREGiver orientation and training.
  • Utilize software system for documentation and record maintenance.
Successful candidates must possess:
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Highly proficient computer skills (Microsoft office, social media)
  • Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task and remain focused
