We are currently seeking Customer Service Representatives in the Nicholasville, KY area. This position will involve receiving inbound phone calls to assist customers and provide troubleshooting over the phone. The schedules for these positions are 8am-5pm and 9am-6pm and will include the opportunity to pick up extra shifts for additional compensation.

Job Description:

  • Taking inbound calls to service customers having problems with their door locks. EX- employee at starbucks breaks off their key in the door and needs assistance to get a locksmith out there to help.
  • Provide effective troubleshooting to attempt to solve problem via telephone.
  • Setup locksmith or other services as needed to service customer.
  • Provide effective followup on resolved issues to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Entering data into their proprietary database throughout entire process.

Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience is required.
  • Experience in a technical customer service role highly preferred.
  • Proven success in completion of Customer Service cycle (Taking call, troubleshooting, following up on call).
