Admitting Representative -
Schedule in/out patients for appointments to various clinics
based on the needs for the most qualified candidate, the following duties below will be performed 100% of the time on the job (most important attributes needed on a daily basis):
he /she will Verify demographics and insurances for Medicare and PPOs including co-pay information - accuracy and attention to detail is critical in this role.
he / she will Utilize knowledge of ICD-9, CPT Codes and medical terminology for verification of patient information in effort to not miscode patient data.
On a daily basis the candidate will be required to File medical record charts in alphabetical order
consistently maintain updates to patient information in the company database.
Make sure to Register patients based on designated clinics they are appointed to based on need - very critical to the job.
*** Must have a Bachelors Degree***
