Requirements:

  • Have a four year degree (B.A) in the business field from any accredited 4 year University or College.

*Please note: We will accept resumes and applications from anyone who has a B.A. in business and has decided to continue their education (M.A., M.S., Phd., etc.)*

  • Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Specifically, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Be familiar with social media and online marketing; Facebook, Craigslist, Zillow, Trulia, etc.
  • Have reliable transportation, capable of getting oneself to all possible locations. This includes but is not limited to; community sites, corporate office, VP's office, client locations, company events, etc.

Responsibilities:

- Administrative duties, new project start up, sales office coordination, sales process guidance, escrow monitoring, marketing campaigns, market research, competition analysis, listing agreements, pre-sale programs and more.
