Sales Support Assistant - Full-time

We are currently recruiting for a high energy, self starter for a Sales Support Assistant. The Sales Support Assistant is the main point of contact for all NWA sales reps and
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide phone and showroom coverage during office hours at the window store.
Facilitate pick-up of service & sales parts by customers and contractors.
Manage customer and prospects list and produce direct mailings to those lists
Develop relationships with NWA sales rep, installers and service technicians and use that to help discover ways to support the growth of the business in the NWA region.
Learn the order process and prepare and submit product orders under the supervision of the sales rep
Keeping the showroom clean and orderly
Organize and schedule various activities for the business
General office duties, as required.
Additional duties as specified by management.
